Because of the large number of business plans and related materials that we review, and the similarity of many such plans and materials, we cannot accept responsibility for protecting against disclosure or misuse of any confidential or proprietary information or other materials.
Some of the questions that must be answered in the Executive Summary are:
- What is the pain in the market and how do you suggest solving it?
- How big is the market potential?
- What is your competitive advantage and value proposition?
- What is the competition and barriers to entry?
- How much capital will you need to commercialize the solution and to break-even?
- What are your and your team's qualifications and track records?
- What is your justification of doing this project and at this time?
